this is my most recent backpack i made. i used some of the fabric i got when i went to mood in new york. they had so many fabrics to choose from, now i know why project runway people had such a hard time. the backpack is like the others: it has a flap, a drawstring, a pocket that velcros shut, and adjustable straps.

new skirt
Monday, June 1, 2009
this is the usual backpack but in just a few different patterns. the black and white one is mine, the colorful one is my sister's, and the purple one is my cousin's. i made all of them and the prints on them really represent our personalities.
each backpack has my logo on the hanging strap. the backpack has a front pocket with a velcro closure, a drawstring closure for the big part, a front flap that now has a frog closure, and straps that are adjustable.
the backpack can hold about 2 regular sized binders, a school book, 2 spirals, and a pencil bag at the same time.
- since they are made with thicker cotton fabric, they are very durable and are 100% washable. these three have been used everyday for one school year and are still in good shape, no holes or anything that needs to be fixed.
backpack with two water bottle holders
this is my most recent backpack that i have made.
- it has a front pocket that velcros shut, two side pocktes with elastic on them for water bottles, a drawstring closure under the flap, and has a frog closure (black) that helps the bag closed. it is hard to see the front pocket but it is about 7.5 inches by 9 inches. the top handle has my logo hand sewn into it.
the backpack can hold alot of things, about 2 regular sized binders, 2 spirals, a schoolbook, and a pencil pouch.
the straps have cloth for the most part and then an adjustable part (light pink).
